My mission is to create connection by providing sacred space. Whether you are participating in therapy, a retreat, an intensive, or a men's group, I am committed to creating a thoughtful, intentional experience where growth and connection can flourish.

Because I intentionally limit participation and invest significant time in preparing each experience, I ask that all participants honor the following policies.

 To ensure the best fit for each participant and the integrity of the experience, all retreats, intensives, and the Moving Forward Men's Group require a pre-screening interview and approval prior to enrollment.

A participant's space is not reserved until the screening process has been completed, acceptance has been confirmed, and any required deposit has been received.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $75 cancellation fee..

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the retreat will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your space.

• The deposit secures your reservation and is nonrefundable. 
• If you cancel your registration, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward another retreat offered within 12 months of your original retreat date. The credit is valid only if you register for and attend another retreat during that time. 
• The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the retreat. 
• Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the retreat will receive a refund of all payments made beyond the deposit. 
• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the retreat are nonrefundable, as lodging, meals, and retreat preparations have already been finalized.

A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your intensive date.

• The deposit secures your reservation and is nonrefundable. 
• The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your scheduled intensive. 
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the intensive will result in the forfeiture of the $500 deposit only. 
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled intensive will incur a $1,000 cancellation fee, inclusive of the deposit already paid.

The Moving Forward Men's Group is a structured 12-week therapeutic group experience. Each week's session builds upon the previous week, creating a cohesive and supportive environment for growth.

Because of the importance of trust, consistency, and group cohesion, enrollment is a commitment to the entire program.

• Completion of a pre-screening interview and approval. 
• A $150 deposit to reserve your space. 
• No drop-in attendance is permitted. 

Option 1 – Weekly Payments

• $75 per session 
• Payment is due each Sunday evening for the upcoming week's session. 

Option 2 – Pay in Full

• $800 when paid in full before the first session. 
• (Regular program cost: $900. Save $100 by paying in full.) 

Enrollment in the Moving Forward Men's Group is a commitment to the full 12-week program. Because each participant's place is reserved for the duration of the group, participants are financially responsible for the full program fee regardless of attendance, missed sessions, or early withdrawal, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be applied to future groups.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you experience a serious illness, family emergency, or another significant event that prevents your participation, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Every therapy session, retreat, intensive, and group is intentionally designed to foster growth, reflection, and meaningful connection. These policies help ensure that I can prepare each experience with care while honoring the time, energy, and commitment of every participant.
