“Moving Forward”
Is a structured Men’s 12-week men’s group focused on education, accountability, and personal growth. Each week participants receive psychoeducation, engage in facilitated group discussion, and complete practical assignments between sessions to encourage lasting change.
Topics may include
Boundaries and Communication Maladaptive Core Beliefs
Shame and Vulnerability Healthy Masculinity
Pornography and Compulsive Sexual Behavior Emotional Regulation
Relationship Repair and Trust Rebuilding Solitude and Isolation
Trauma Recovery Addiction Relapse Prevention
Participants have to commit to the full 12-week program and complete a brief screening interview to ensure the group is an appropriate fit.
